Jesus stood up for the woman and said, "Let her alone . . . She did what she could." (Mark 14:8)
In Matthew 10 (The Message) Jesus says, "This is a large work I've called you into, but don't be overwhelmed by it. It's best to start small. Give a cool cup of water to someone who is thirsty, for instance. The smallest act of giving or receiving makes you a true apprentice. You won't lose out on a thing."

Sometimes we make life so complicated.
As we celebrate Thanksgiving this week here in the USA, do what you can. You may spend time with family or friends.
Ask God to help you see those familiar to you through His eyes.
Someone will need encouragement.
Someone would love to be listened to.
Someone needs to hear about Jesus.
