Sometimes it just happens to you.
Sometimes it seems to happen to your entire world.
So, what do we do about it?
If you react to it you will probably find yourself in a fight with someone you don't want to fight with; or you will get yourself depressed or angry; or it will just get worse.
The only way I know to get rid of it is to give it to God and give your loved ones time and understanding (understanding for yourself too).
"Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus . . . Do all things without grumbling or disputing;"
Philippians 2:3-4, 14
"Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things."
Phillipians 4:8
