I've been a bit sick the last few days, and sometimes when a person is sick it probably is a good idea not to do a lot of stuff. Well, I didn't follow that wisdom. I just kept on doing stuff and ended up spilling coffee on my keyboard.
Thankfully my laptop is working today (it wasn't yesterday), but the keyboard is not working well at all.....uggg. I am praying about it and hoping as I use it it will get better.
This is kind of like life. One wrong move, one wrong decision, one wrong action can affect our entire life and a whole lot of other people's lives.
Jesus tells us in Mark 4:24 to "Take care what you listen to."
If you are tempted to do something you know is probably not good thing to do play it out in your mind -- meaning not just the action but what will happen because of the action after the fun is gone.
Then ask, is it worth it?
Whether you follow Jesus or not, the Bible's principles are good principles to live by (though if you let Jesus be a part of your life He will help you live wonderfully). Try it.
