When all our thoughts are swirling around in our heads about what we want, what others aren't doing right, about how we've been wronged, about, and what is wrong with the rest of the whole world, this is what we look like when we foolishly open our mouths and share them.
Pretty ugly.
That's part of me inside today.
Yuck.
I let one sentence slip out through that muck of selfishness and then
thankfully remembered to stop talking!
When in doubt, don't say a word!!!!!
"Even dunces who keep quiet are thought to be wise;
as long as they keep their mouths shut, they’re smart."
(That's Proverbs 17:28 from The Message.)
What's better is this?
And this (what a cute baby).
Here's my grandma (now age 96) smiling.
Here's Hawken loving life.
Here's my Megan smiling!
Peter Boy, my peanut butter
And my three smiling kids!
They are loving and enjoying life and sharing those lovely lovely smiles.
(And life is so funny....in an awful sort of way. As I am sharing these smiles two of my kids are screaming at each other which gets me involved and if it hadn't been forcefully stopped I think someone would have thrown a punch! OH!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!! I'll find that smile for myself right now. Hope you find one too.)
